Parking good; but very claustrophobic; but I managed to park my 4.7m car. The communication was bad. I got very long messages via booking chat and email and it was a complete pain for me to find the information I needed in order to checkin. Just say this: Entrance A: address/ gmap link and code for door Entrance B: adrdress/ gmap link and code for gate Parking through entrance B; level of parking number of spot; Extra charge for parking. Reception is at different address: gmap link And follow up with: Your room is Number, Floor, Building A or B. Its enough; dont send people 10 big messages with fluff; then the room with number floor building etc on a different communication platform (aka email) in one of the 4 sent emails. How am I supposed to piece the puzzle pieces together without going find waldo after a 10h drive. Their app doesnt load; sometimes it does load if i close it open it and close it; i managed to do the checkin; Some cleaning staff helped me find my room number as I was lost in finding the information I needed. Their staff was kind

I visited from the UK 11/09/24-15/09/24 . 1. The place was very central 2. It was very clean 3. I could request free towels, toothpaste, razors, sleepers, teas, and coffees. 4. I enjoyed having a nespresso coffee machine and a kettle plus a fridge in my room . 5. Netflix is available, plus other apps on the TV. 6. The receptionist Anna and Sophie were so amazing and helpful and kind. I am greatfull for all the help I received. 7. I have requested a room where I could rest and sleep with no noisy and slept really well, I wasn't disturbed during my sleep. 8. There's 4 different places you can choose for breakfast and food was delicious! 9. I felt safe walking around the area

Beatriz

Excellent location, very close to the Opera and many objectives in the city center, good connections for public transport. Although at first we were disappointed they didn't offer breakfast on location, it was exciting to try different menus in 4 different locations where they were offering free breakfast. The reception staff very extremely nice and supportive with everything we needed. The curtains in the room very great, not a shed of light came in and we could sleep in late although it was sunny outside. The bed was very comfy. The design was very nice and we also appreciated that the self-care products were in big bottles, which was more sustainable.

Lovely little hotelish/ rooms. Good central location and rare to find rooftop pool in central Budapest - so it was very nice extra especially in the current 37degree heatwave. Air conditioning works well, rooms are stylishly decorated, clean and comfortable. Very good soundproofing windows, can’t hear bars and party people on Saturday night. There’s no restaurant or bar in the hotel , breakfast is nearby brunch places , we didn’t book breakfast, plenty of options nearby (and probably cheaper than €15per head).

Dalma

A hidden gem. The communication before our stay was like no other, so personal and reassuring. We felt safe and secure and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Not a huge hotel, but this added to the experience. WiFi, netflix, coffee station and the communal pool is a huge bonus in the evening sun! The room designs are as quirky as the pictures and well looked after. Location wise it worked brilliantly for us and was in close reach of public transport and walkable attractions / food and drink places.
